I found a mantis in my backyard this afternoon. Usually I can see some insects on a fine morning after rain. I felt very scared to get close to it for taking photos because I'm not a tomboy.ヽ(;´ω`)ノ It was very fierce. When I poked at the mantis with a small leaf it waved its hands over its head. Finally I could take a good shot.
